How can ShoeShock sell authentic, luxury, designer brands at such a low price?
A: At ShoeShock we realize that you are used to your designer shoes coming with a high price. However, at ShoeShock, our goal is to provide you with the best product for the absolute best price during our flash sales. You don’t have to break the bank to get the best!

Are the shoes authentic?
A: ABSOLUTELY! We understand that you are still in shock by our prices but we stand behind our products 100%. Our merchandise is purchased from a reputable distributor who only sells authentic, luxury, designer brands.  

How long will it take for my shoes to arrive? Can I track my order?
A: ShoeShock provides free standard shipping. For next day shipping, please refer to the postage calculator when you proceed to check-out. Orders marked for next-day shipping must be placed by 5 PM. Tracking numbers will be provided.

What type of brands can I expect to see during a ShoeShock flash sales?
A: Designer brands including, but not limited to, Ash, Kate Spade, Vince Camuto, Salvatore Ferragamo, Coach, Nine West, and much more.

What type of payments do you accept?
A: ShoeShock accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), as well as payments via PayPal. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

How do I process a return?
A: A return label is provided with your purchase for your convenience—but we hope you don’t have to use it. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase (which we highly doubt will happen), ShoeShock will issue a refund minus a $9.95 restocking fee.
Items must be postmarked for return within seven (7) days of initial delivery. ShoeShock will issue a refund for shoes that are in new, unused condition with the original packaging. ShoeShock strives to provide superior customer service and shoes at ShoeShockingly awesome prices. ShoeShock reserves the right to refuse merchandise if they appear to be worn.

How do I unsubscribe from the ShoeShock mailing list?
A: We would hate to see you go however, if you must, you can either unsubscribe via your last email notification from ShoeShock or email us at unsubscribe@shoeshock.net.
